Wow! Longest period non-blogging ambo experienced. Dull in starting new post. Hu hu hu. Guess, during ggwe not much time to spend time with blogging. But now, ambo am at the new level. It has been 2 months and few days from the day ambo 'stepped' into this new level.

Ambo hope that ambo will improve myself 360 degree in all direction for a better ambo, son, friend, gewe, husband and soon-dad as well as a good Muslim and Mu'min.

How do you do? Quite a while ambo have been AFK [away from keyboard]. : ) Thanks to Allah, ambo manage to compile few things happened in JULY 2010. Ambo have been accepted to work at a factory of raisin plastic in pursuing my career's passion. (",)-v

There were two interns whose were nearing the end of their internship; Firdaus and Fauziah located both to the far left standing and sitting in the picture respectively. Both are from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. [UTP tuuu...] ; ) Ambo wish them the best and success always to follow them in their studies and working life afterward. Thank you for the lovely phone's chair souvenir. Although we just met, insyaAllah my presents to you both will come soon ^^.

Farewell for practical student and Ibrahim Muda

Just 3 days of work at new place, ambo had been sent to a conference which was held at COLMAR TROPICALE, Bukit Tinggi. [Yeah!]. Alhamdulillah, thank you Allah for the unexpected study trip for ambo. Ambo met new people, expanding the networks and absorbing new experience. Alhamdulillah, praise to the al-Mighty. Let's have a tour from my trip to COLMAR Tropicale:

Ambo met new people, a retired education officer which was a tourist from London. Brian is his name and he was travelling with his son, Terry and would be spending an entire of two week in Malaysia. It was their one day trip to Bukit Tinggi and then left to Kuching on the next day. Ambo wish that you both would have a wonderful time touring in Malaysia and you are most welcome to visit Malaysia again.

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and Good Day To ALL~

FRI, ambo am nearing the END of ambo's first career as a contract researcher at TNB Research Sdn. Bhd. Ambo started working there since 1 Dec 2009 and will end on 30 June 2010. It is a month short compared to my internship period |;-).

Ambo's last day at TNBR is going to be this coming Tuesday, 22 June 2010. After that, ambo am going to take up the balance of entitled annual leaves till end of this month. There are lots of things to be packed later on. Then to move them to ambo's hometown for a moment before getting a place to rent at the new place ^-^.

Ambo's am a bit sad to leave TNBR but at the same time feel a bit happier to move closer to ambo's home, even though it would take 4 to 4 and 1/2 hour of driving =D. Really hoping to be home for every weekend comes ^-^. More time to spend on Friday morning at Kota Bharu ;-).

Thank You Allah for the opportunity that You have opened to ambo.

Missing Episode 33 - My Lecturer

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and Good Day To ALL~

This is not a new picture. During ambo's previous field work in early March 2010, ambo and co-worker to Perak. Ambo usually would call ambo's favorite lecturer, Dr. Shamsul a.k.a. Dr. Shark. Lots to catch up with him. We dined together at Satay Endut in Ipoh City, at a food court next to Gerbang Malam of Ipoh. The satay was not bad.

That night Sharky picked ambo and ambo's co-worker at the hotel and it was ambo's first time rided the Hyundai Sonata. It was very spacious and comfortable. Ambo have been dreaming to board that car since in UTP. But he did not permitted. Tried once to scratch the car. Ha ha ha.

He is one of ambo's favorite lecturer. Very closed to ambo. He is the advisor of Tronoh Teater Shop. He always wanted ambo to join the teater. But ambo did not have the confidence to be in front of many crowds. The first meeting with him was during a breakfast in ambo's 2nd year in UTP, if ambo am not mistaken. Then, we became closed. But ambo was not his formal student until ambo's final year. Ambo was inspired by him to take up ambo's major subject in Industrial Environmental Engineering. He promised A for the subject, but ambo got B. In fact it was about EQA1974, the subject of environmental law and ambo was not that expert in law things.

Even though it is about 1 year ambo left UTP, we still keep in touch ^^.

To Bowl Or Not To Bowl

Alhamdulillah, after 1 month of ambo's birthday, ambo bought a set of to bowl as ambo's birthday present. Ambo is not a pro-bowler but enjoy to bowl. Once, it was ambo's hobby during middle school. But happened to hold when in university as the bowling center was far from campus.

This year ambo's resolved one thing that ambo have longed enough, a set of ambo own bowl:

Later after the purchase, ambo registered to become a member of Ampang SUPERBOWL club. Later, ambo can bring to friends to enjoy the privilege together. Alhamdulillah ambo can bowl again with ambo's owned bowling ball and shoes. ^^

To Dine At #1: Restoran Telaga Buruk

Since end of 2009, ambo have been living in Bandar Baru Bangi and there is one place, a restaurant to be specific, that where ambo like to hang out and to dine in: Restoran Telaga Buruk. If it is translated literally to English, it means "Ugly Well Restaurant". Quite hideous it may sound in English. Thus, ambo am sticking with the Malay version which sounds more interesting and classics to ambo. Here is the details of the restaurant:

The owner is a Kelantanese. Ambo have become a friend and a regular customer of his restaurant. His wife is also a Kelantanese and a good cook. She is the Chief Chef of the restaurant. Very well in cooking Kelantan traditional meals, deserts, and pastry. It is the only place that ambo would go when ambo miss my hometown cooking. ^^

The western meal that ambo like at this restaurant is Mixed Meat Grill. Very nice with tangy black pepper sauce. It consists of grill meats of lamb and beef, 2 sausage, deep fried potato, coleslaw and salad. Yummy yummy yummy!

What has been happening back few months passed:

1. January and February 2010, ambo were accommodated with lots of works. Early March 2010, ambo had an outstation which had to cover Perak and further north to Kedah State. Sound pretty much big shot of a project. He he he.

2. On the way to a site, after solat Zohor, ambo witnessed an accident. A boy, just finished his school that day was ran over by a motorcycle. The boy was lucky to be said because at that time there was not any dense traffic. To be honest, ambo think the boy was the a bit careless that he did only make one turn view on the right. Ambo hope that he is alright and to recover soon.

3. My sister got married on 13 March 2010. Ambo am happy for her and her husband. Ambo's in law is a mixed of Melaka and Negeri Sembilan. But he is born and raised in Kuala Lumpur. His name is Azwan Fitri. Ambo hope that ambo will get more this coming raya ^^.

4. Alhamdulillah, rezeki dari Allah itu melimpah ruah dan datang dalam pelbagai cara. Allah has been given to ambo many many many lots of things and nikmah. Ambo pray Allah will continue to give ambo many many many of His blessings and nikmah to ambo and everyone. Amin.

This morning ambo (I) got a chained email entitled: 'Corporate Culture'. To ambo (me), it is very interesting on how we see corporate people behave or people in an organization behave from one of many angles. But we tend to see bad behavior rather than good that can be example for all.

These pictures may be true and may be not to a company. Ambo's (my) only interest is just to share what do ambo (I) feel / interpret / understand from these pictures. Ambo's opinions are just the way ambo (I) see things and there is no relation towards others. If so, its just a coincidence and not more than to reminds ambo (me) and others.

CORPORATE CULTURE

Pic.1: How To Save Your Job? [Butt-licking]

Ambo's: there are many ways to get, improve, maintain, and save our career. At the very beginning of each thing we do, we needed to set a good INTENTION with a good will. At the same time to keep the SINCERITY in our heart at all time. Then, to achieve the goals we have to work CORRECTLY and RIGHTFULLY. PRAYS always so that we leave the final results to ALLAH to decide for good deeds we have done.

Being a butt-licker is not a good thing. At the end, you will be hated by your colleagues and stinks!

Ambo's: Yes, ambo (I) do agree that in a meeting, sometimes we can generates more ideas - brainstorming group. Through meetings we could ease ourselves for couples of hours from heavy loads. Meetings should have GOALS and TIME-LINES. Without these two, a meeting could go on days without reaching out any goals. What ambo (I) like most having or joining a meeting that, there always at least light refreshments. Could ease a starving stomach. He he he ^^.

Ambo's: Email? The inbox is always full of unnecessary forwarded emails. Sometimes we always received or forwarded the same email to the same people. The email is just circulating continuously. Instead of emailing to a colleague who is on the same floor and not too far from your desk, WALK to him or her by doing a little exercise. This could save some times if there is a network breakdown and at the same time burning some calories.

Most of the times, we do realize that we are actually wasting our office time by going through the not-so-called-important emails. A reminder to ambo (me) and other that if we are the employees that had signed certain working contract, we are being PAID for what have been DESCRIBED (Job Descriptions) and for the a specific TIME of every working days.

Ambo's: some are true to some people and some are not. Let's do not be too JUDGMENTAL. Let's be fair and have a sense of good supposition as well as to be grateful of what we have or obtained. To appreciate LITTLE things could lead to BIG satisfactions.

Ambo's: a good staff came from a good organization. GOOD MANAGEMENTS upon their employees, regarding their payments, workloads, benefits and/or welfare can give good influences to the employees. Their honesty and sincerity in working could increase. Loyalty towards the company unshaken. Their concerns towards the company's image would be stronger.

Bad management? Everyone will know. Even the outsiders would be well informed and the words will spread boundless.

Ambo's: yes, every thing should be planned WISELY and ACCORDINGLY. Budgets are very important when doing projects. Things would be worse when there is an outburst of budget. If there is some extra, or extra extra extra everyone would be happy ^^.

Nowadays, budgeting also including the hidden cost either from the operational cost or 'under-table' cost. It said to say that it is not a new issue. Bribery history could be traced way back past few centuries. Corruption of a man could be from 3 things: MONEY, WOMEN and . . . . . [ambo (I) forgot the last one]

Mamak Stall

Early today, there was a friendly match between Argentina and German for the warm up play before the real World Cup 2010. Ambo drove for the sake of a friend who is a really die-hard and fanatic fan of Argentina, even to claim as his own hometown after the Kajang. Ha ha ha.

Even though we are doing field works, he insisted to night out at the nearest mamak stall to watch the match. So we are staying at D'Vista Hotel in Sungai Petani, Kedah. We arrived at Nasi Kandar Pelita [mamak stall juga~] around 4.15 a.m. and back at the hotel 10 minutes before 6.00 a.m.

Seriously, every time ambo ate mamak stall's meals, ambo will get stomachache. Did spent around 15 minutes and later after Subuh prayer another 10 minutes. It is so achy and painful sometimes. Ambo ordered Roti Canai Telur with cream milk. The same thing happened when ambo at Tronoh 5 years. If had breakfast / lunch / tea break / dinner / supper at mamak stall, i.e.; Ameeth, Salam Corner and etc. ambo will get stomachache.

Ambo xtahu la. Ambo don't know what to say. May be mamak's meals are not that convenient or suitable for ambo's stomach. It is hard for ambo to find a mamak stall that suitable for ambo's stomach, and may be non-exist for ambo's stomach. -_-"

Not to condemn, but this is just ambo's experience, there was one time that ambo desperately had to order roti canai at a mamak stall in Kajang. Like always, roti canai telur 2x. When ambo just about to take home the cooked roti canai, ambo saw the diffuser of roti canai [Penebar roti canai] hands were dirty and his nails were even long and darkish. Ambo felt to puke at the spot. That moment ambo felt so terrible and guilty that ambo did not want to eat the roti canai ambo threw it away and slept hungrily.

Seriously, ambo wonder how come these kinds of people, generally point of view, who are not very keen to cleanliness can still be operating. Are the customers in the Malaysia, Malaysian generally do not concern regarding the cleanliness of their food and the process to make their food? Does halal and haram only are being surfactant considered? Cleanliness is a part of Iman and cleanliness is one of main factors in determining a halal meals or raw food. Please, do not boycott but avoid those things which are known of their haram and those which are SYUBHAH.

Morning Market At Merbau Street

Last holiday at hometown, ambo grabbed the opportunity to follow ambo's mother to one of the earliest morning market in Kota Bharu. It was located at Merbau Street near to Maahad Muhammadi Perempuan and behind flat in the center of the Kota Bharu city. It was like a late market but it started at the dawn and most probably finished by 9 to 10 a.m. You can find anything from head to toe items and raw and cooked meals.

We got nasi berlauk for breakfast and lots of kinds of bananas and other fruits and fresh

On that day, we bought nasi kerabu for breakfast and a box of mangoes: gangster type [pauh samseng] and banana: kelat kling type for dessert. Ambo and mother bought two pairs of slippers and some vegetables for lunch later.

Ambo wish that this year and onwards Allah will give more prosperity and wealth to Kelantanese and all Muslims in this world.

Dengue Fever - almost

Ambo pray that all my readers are in good health and happy for anything that your are doing. Ambo was not feeling so well and sick since a couple of weeks ago. Last two nights after talking to ambo's father, he asked me to go to the clinic because he noticed my voiced changed [serak-serak basah, lupe plak nk g test kat karok, he he he :P].

20/2 night, the doctor's name that checked ambo was Dr. Harith. What a coincidence same name as ambo. He he he ;D. After bla bla bla, ble ble ble, and bli blu blo, he decided to test blood ambo for any potential disease. The result came out after 1/2 hour. He said that ambo platelet level was still ok but low and near to the abnormal level [169]. He said that upper respiratory ambo had been infected by virus. The highest percentage of virus which was active is GR% 71.2H. He said that it is a virus of dengue and the threshold level is below than 80%. Although the result shown was 71.2H ambo felt uncomfortable because it is still near to the threshold level. He then prescribed 5 medicines to ambo, including antibiotic and what so ever. He advised ambo to get enough rest and came back after 24hours for another blood test.

To short out the stories, the second time ambo went to the clinic, the previous doctor was not around and another male doctor attended to ambo. He said that ambo needed to continue with the prescribed medicines and to come back for the second blood test on the next day. On the next day, ambo was attended by Dr. Nor Emi and directed ambo to the blood test section. Alhamdulillah the test for dengue was negative and she gave ambo two days of medical certificate (MC) including another two prescribed medicines added.

InsyaAllah, tomorrow ambo will be working as usual.

GooZEE: PapaGo! AmmaGo!

Alhamdulillah, praise to Allah that one of many items that ambo wanted is in ambo hand. It is a Global Position System (GPS). Nowadays, there are lots of platforms for GPS software as well as the hardware manufacturers.

At first ambo want to buy Garmin product. Garmin function is basically to guide its customers to the desired locations. But with the developing technologies, other brands are also competing to sell their products to the most.

Now you can have an integrated GPS with media player of mp3, mp4, avi; car mp3 modulator and etc. Ambo surveyed and found out that GooZEE is cheaper, much cheaper and has few more extra functions compared to a similar price of a Garmin. There are few more things are unsatisfied and ambo wanted to have some more clarification with the promoter, regarding the Bluetooth and few more, tomorrow if ambo could go at the PC Fair once more. InsyaAllah.

Hopefully with this additional gift from Allah could lead me to many destinations correctly. (^-^)v

Missing Episode 30 - Red Hills Laketown Resort

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and Good Day To ALL~

One of many untold stories and yet to be shared later on is the trip to Bukit Merah Laketown Resort which took place almost a month ago. It was fun and memorable gathering with ambo's dearest next door neighbor and their families.

We did take the package that we could enter all four main places: the orang utan island, the ecopark, lift chair and of course the water park. FYI, if ambo not mistaken, we did get discount of RM5/ticket because we bought the tickets in a group or large amount.

It was ambo's first time to try the water slides: the curvy water slides [which I lost my spectacle], the straight one, the boomerang [or rather as the half-moon] and also the bumpy slide. The one that was thrilling to the most was the boomerang. The conductor without a word pushed ambo to the almost 90 degree slide. The thrill was really exciting but rather more frightening at the same time. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~

Alhamdulillah, since ambo entered UTp, ambo manage to talk to people [other than kelantanese] quite well. To be honest, my 'friends' did have difficulties to digest what ambo said. But again, most of the people that ambo encountered did notice where is ambo origin, KLATE. Eventhough ambo speeking, obviously sang klate ambo would follow. He he he :P

Afterwards, ambo feel that ambo's essence of KELANTANESE has been diluted ever since ambo entered utP. Hu hu hu. Ambo really missed the time where ambo said, others would be in blur state. Ha ha ha :P

Even today, when other asked where is ambo's origin? They would say that ambo not sound like a KELANTANESE. Ambo always feel a bit disappointed because it sounds that ambo have abandoned ambo's essences. (T_T)

Even ambo's family members would tease when ambo accidently not being a KELANTANESE. Sigh~ Ambo will try hard to thicken ambo's essences of KELANTANESE. ^^

Hi fellow friends and readers. I have such great off-time for the past several months. I had been unemployed for almost 7 months and thanks to Allah, the Almighty that I have been accepted to a local company to test my capability and skills for a period of time. Hopefully by the end of this year I would be absorbed as a permanent staff. Insya-Allah.

This morning, I just went through some of my childhood's photos and I found this one below:

Far to the left is harith ^^

It brings back some sweet memories. It was my first time to perform in front of the royal family of Sultan Kelantan. It took place on 31 March 1992 at Kubang Kerian Palace in front of the Sultan and his family and cabinet members at that time. Our performance of a short drama, which I could not recall the title, represented our kindergarten: Tadika Tengku Anis. [Click here]

In the picture I am the smallest one. Easy to recognize right? He he he. So, I was a part in play during my first school. Was there quality(s) in me to be selected back then? Do I still possess that quality? Well, back in campus, Dr. Shark a.k.a. Prof. Shamsul always asking me to join his Tronoh Theater Shop (T.T.S.) :P

To my friends in the picture, I am sorry that I could not recall all of you even the slightest of your names. If anyone out there recognizes his or her picture, or knew any of the 8 other kids, or related to them, please give a call and you always can leave a message in my chatter box of my blog.

Catching up. Yup it has been 2 months of silents from blogging and almost 3 months of unemployed period, I am starting to increase my pace. There are lots of things have been going on since I left campus. Oh, not so sweet life campus, I hope that I could swipe away those not so good memories forever [forever ever].

To all my closed friends and friends as well as my readers, I am sorry that I have not been online as usual back in campus. Life at home is such a peaceful and full of tranquility from dateline and assignments :P

Although I have 3 more siblings and I am the only one at home, sometimes it does feel like the only prince in the house and sometimes like the only maids and other house-work's positions are being shouldered. (^-^)") Everyday 'wan' would ask: "nok make gapo pette ni?" ['what to eat for dinner?']. Everyday also the same thing would be ordered to: "bangun gi sidai kain nuh!" ['go and dry the clothes'].

Sometimes I wonder, how do people coupe with their routines, everyday routines, such as a full-time housewife like my mother herself, 'wan'. Well I did not bother to ask her directly. (-__-)" May be it is true in what Ustaz Hasrizal said: "Erti Hidup Pada Memberi".

In this year Ramadhan, I feel a bit sad because the eldest in my family, tok mek passed away one nights after I arrived home from campus in early June and my consistency in 'ibadah is dropping. What a declining moral life that I am living currently.

Tonight will be the first night of the last tenth night or the embark of the last phase of Ramadhan's nights. I will always be praying to Allah so that He would grant me, my family, my friends and all the Muslims with His blessings and the best for everyone. Lets us improve and increase our faith and 'ibadah during this last phase of Ramadhan and maintain our 'ibadah afterward. InsyaAllah, amin.

Do not ever speak bad things about Beyonce in front of him. He he he.

A Lunch With Syurahbil

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day to ALL ~

Alhamdulillah, today's lunch was marvelous. I got to have lunch together with an old friend, Syurahbil. What's so great about him? Well, he is a medical student who is pursuing his dreamed career in one of universities in Ireland. Ireland tuuuu~, don't play play a.

Long story shorted; he has been longing to eat pizza for a long time. Furthermore, previous of today, he said that he already had McD and KFC and other fast food meals except at for pizza. So, we went to the Pizza Hut at KBMALL. We were just two lonely guy sitting at one side of the restaurants. Time to order: a meal set for 4 PERSONS was order by him and even the waitress shocked. It was only just us, me and him. To add more, the waitress recommended us to take a meal set for two, and we were trying to give more to the Pizza Hut. Ha ha ha.

Thus we ended up with 2 regular Pan pizza: Hawaian Chicken and Island Supreme, 4 bread sticks, 4 bowls of mushroom soup and a jug of revive. What a diet was that lunch. He he he. Alhamdulillah, in front of food we can not quarel and we did divide equally ^^. During the time for the pizza to be served, we had a lot of discussion and stories to update while sipping the soup and crunching the stick :-)

MANGOSTEEN

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day to ALL ~

Alhamdulillah praise to the Al-Mighty that has given us the opportunity to live for another day, day by day, just to worship Him even more. It has been quite of sometime since my last entry. He he he. Lots have been going on and lots to be storied out in this blog later on.

Yesterday was a great day of exercise. After few weeks without breaking a sweat, I got the chance to do exercise by climbing up the MANGOSTEEN trees. Mangosteen in Bahasa is Manggis and mother-tounge of Kelantanese is Setor.

Yeah, it was a great experience since my last time of climbing a fruit tree before this. Once I fell down from the Dokong tree. Hu hu hu. It hurted a lot. Motivated to do some sweating, I also wanted to conquer my fear of height. Yes, I do afraid of height. But yesterday, I managed to overcome the fear. Alhamdulillah.

Me, my parents and Syah went to Aunt Aee house where they have four mangosteen trees planted in their orchard. I succesfully climbed only three out of four trees as the third one had lots of ants crawling on its branches and they bite. Hu hu hu -_____-"

Up on the tree, I used a stick to serve as my extended-hand and to knock down the fruits, mangosteens. Sometimes I just shaked the branches and the riped mangosteens would fall down by gravity. He he he. Down below, I had two assistants to help me in collecting the riped mangosteen:

Alhamdulillah, we took home two plastic bags full of mangosteen home and left the rest for mizah to eat them up. He he he. Thank you to my aunt and cousin, mizah for the great time yesterday~

Well, it has been sometimes from my last post. I really wanted to update my blog everyday, but for the past one month unemployed I hibernated from updating my blog. I felt very sleepy when I am in my room. Too much syaitans [devils] in my room perhaps. ^^ what can I say, they live just next to my room. Ha ha ha.

Here I would like to share few photos which I took when I last visited my Tok Ma's house. 3 things on Tok Ma's cactus which cached my eyes: A snail, orchid plants and a flower. Lucky! Alhamdulillah, now I am convinced that cactus also blooms flower. ^^

Alhamdulillah, on the 5 May 2009 marked as the day that my sister had been 'booked'. He he. Booked! Single but unavailable at the moment. Ha ha ha. The engagement was a successful although one night before that we lost our beloved grandmother. May her soul be placed with the good scholars and being blessed by Allah. Amin. It is true, when you lost something or somebody, Allah will replace it/them with a new and hopefully a better one. InsyaAllah, amin.

InsyaAllah, by next year, the wedding will take place soon. I pray for the best from Allah to you, my sister and everyone. Amin.

Missing Episode 26 - Baking Class With Mr.&Mrs. Li-Za

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.r.t and good day to all~

It has been sometimes that I began to be actively updating my blog. This is a tribute to Mr. & Mrs. Li-Faeeza upon their first baking class here with my mother. My mother cream puff has become very famous among my friends. Mrs. Faeeza was on the move to learn the cream puff making~ So I had arranged a class with my mother during previous holiday in May. She came with her lovely Mr. Li and a younger brother Faeezuwan. Upon my mother generousity, she taught her an extra recipe how to bake the egg tart~

The FRESH AIR FUND

This is a special post requested by Ms. Sara from the Fresh Air Fund, I would like to personally thank her offering me the opportunity to post and to promote this great charity program. Really, I never realized that there are people, organizations either governmental or non-governmental that do this kind of charity such as this Fresh Air Fund.

In my previous campus, the Fresh Air Fund is similar to 'Titian Budi', which my application to be a facilitator was rejected. Nevertheless I am honor for Ms. Sara invitation to promote the Fresh Air Fund. Thank you Ms. Sara.

The Fresh Air Fund is a charity program which invites families to volunteer to host one or two children from the toughest neighborhoods of New York City. This kind of program is very charitable to the hosted children and to the host families themselves. The hosted children would have great times of summer vacation: out of the busy city, meeting new cultures and make new friends. The host families could strengthen the bonds and ties between the family members and be more grateful with what they have. Furthermore, the program could cut short the bridge gap between two different cultures or societies.

I hope that the organization of the Fresh Air Fund could spread their influences and good will to the world. To collaborate or to organize a greater fund worldly in the future. All the best and good luck from me to the organization and to the host families.

We the closest family members always frequently often made ourselves as free as possible to come and to visit our grandmother. Today is the second day of Sunday in May which is celebrated as the Mother's day. What does it mean to you? I never had the voluntarily to read or to search regarding the cause of this celebration. One said that it was for mother Teressa. Of course, it is not from Islamic Perspective, but still have good intention. But does it mean that we suppose to cherish our mother on that day only? Once a year? Oh come on!

Stories have been passed down that a good mother's deeds are uncountable towards her children and her family. Her sacrifice for us the children and soon-husband to your children's mother, who brings happiness and laughter to the sweet home of yours are precious. Thus, why not we as the child who was given the birth through our mother to show our appreciation towards her and our father of everyday smiles and call them asking about their health? To cherish them is far more important in this world after Allah and our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.

InsyaAllah, your son will move forwards to a better person with your prayings and encouragements. Your blessings, father and mother, will bring Allah's blessings afterwards. Thank you Allah for giving me a wonderful father and mother to shape me to a better person and Muslim in Your religion. Thank you mother, and thank you father for you who have accepted me as your son and being the very important persons in ensuring that I get the best in my life. Thank you for giving me 3 siblings to play with ^^.

Alhamdulillah, first and foremost appreciation and gratefulness of a mere thoughtless person of me to Allah, for giving me the opportunity to take up the challenging 5-years in degree-ing in Chemical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. The happiest thing after 5 years in pursuing the degree is when it is at the end of the course. InsyaAllah, after 5 more weeks, I want to shout out that 'I have survived the UTP'. He he :D Just a few more weeks to go and then bye bye U~T~P~.

My first paper of finale final is on 12 May 2008, Tuesday and I just finished the Introduction slide . So lazy to study. Already given the tips, but still have not started studying seriously. He he he . My finale final schedule is:

12 May: Air Pollution Engineering at Multi-Purpose Hall from 2.30 - 5.30 pm

18 May: Industrial Effluent Engineering at Main Hall from 9.00 - 12.00 noon

20 May: Corporate Ethics at Multi-Purpose Hall from 9.00 - 12.oo noon

Then, on 28 May: Final Oral Presentation of Final Year Project ^^ For the first time can not wait for the presentation date to come. To finish it quickly. He he he.

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t and good day to all~

First and foremost I would like to congratulate my friend, Ahmad Izzuddin who just got married 0n 24 March 2009 and thank you for the invitation to your 'kenduri' (feast) on 3 May 2009. My appreciation towards you and your beloved wife, Munirah upon the introduction on that day, 'Nice to meet you and welcome to the family of his and from alumni SR93-98. ^^

As to recall for our friends from Sri Aman of class batch 1993 to 1998, Ahmad Izzuddin was categorized as a naughty and loud pupil by some of you. But he is a nice person to be with as he has the charming and sweet smile that made Munirah fell for him. {Assumption with 90% confidents} He he he. He transfered from Sri Aman during the Standard 5 which most of us have forgotten him including myself. [I am sorry for that.] Hu hu hu. But, Allah had reunited us once again during Hamzah's feast a year ago, and Hamzah, how are you? We have not spoke for a quite of times.

Alhamdulillah and thank you Allah for reconnecting our friendship once more. Now, he has a beloved wife as mentioned before, Munirah. She is from Petaling Jaya, Syeksyen 12 [correct me if I am wrong]. InsyaAllah, after my final finished, we will plan for a small reunion among our class batch for introduction with those who married, including Hamzah and Zulfadhli. Missing Episode 23 - Dhuha

Here, I just want to share two pictures that I took on 20 April morning. It was just before the Dhuha time. In Islam, Solat Sunnat Dhuha is encouraged by our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. as it is one of his many ibadahs and religious of everyday routine. I am not the one to be the reference for a deep discussion about Dhuha. I hope you can refer it back to the recognized scholars of Islam or Imam in your area.

I want to share some knowledge regarding photography. According to my best buddy, who is really in getting a DSLR, is now reading Photography magazines and reading materials. He quoted that, among the professional photographers, the best time to take the scenary pictures are during early morning (before Dhuha) and late evening (just before Maghrib). The lights during that times are essentially strong in term of red or orange colors emitted from the Sun. Thus creating a nice mixed with clear white cloud, if any. It is really cool scenary on he 20 April morning. Here are two pictures that I took:

It has been quite sometime from my previous post. Quite busied with projects and academic matters. But I am nearing at ending my degree's course. Cheers^^

Alhamdulillah, thank you to Allah for the countless gifts and nikmat that He have been giving to me. Furthermore, I am truly feeling grateful to You for this overwhelming feelings to LOVE others: my family, my friends and my readers. =)

For this post, I would like to dedicate to my friends including old timer bloggers and some my readers. I came out with a set of 3 questions of survey regarding about me. I did it because I want to know what my friends think of me and those who contributed in this survey, I really appreciate you thoughts and times spent.

Opinions that I received, I would like to pos it here as one of my ways showing my appreciations to my friends. I thank you for your thoughtful comments and I will try my best to improve myself towards a better friend to all. I LOVE you all.

Missing Episode 22 - Mini Project A.P.E

It was last two week when my group of Air Pollution Engineering subject did the mini project: Low Flow Air Sampling. My team members consisted of amira, mel, chunk, deyna, murni and zahid. We had a good time camping just outside the Security Guard UTP Main Gate post. He he he. The equipment was said be cost as much as a vios [said so in this link].

Tag #9 - Schools' Life Memoirs

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day to all~

Tagged by Na! The questions are mostly likely to take me back to my schools' life as a non-popular and non-top student. Just an average student who likes to bring home-made cater although the school had prepared the meals.

This is how I look during my pre-school year at Tadika Tengku Anis in 1992. I wish I could remember my first group of friends during the pre-school year.

1) Which school is memorable: primary or secondary?

For me, I would prefer primary school's years, as an innocent kids who like to ventures in new life. Secondary school's life was a bit harsh for me --> the one who would be bullied by popular students (Y_Y)

2) What kind of meal(s) or food that you like most at that school?

Cendol. Not any kind of cendol. But I got the chance to share in a same bowl with my Science teacher, Cikgu Arina. She had passed away because of bone cancer. I really miss her so much. She is my favorite teacher during my primary school years although I only achieved A for the Science subject in UPSR.

3) Which subjects you like and dislike most? Why?

I like Mathematics and Science: Because I did my homeworks for mathematic problems with calculators at my father's office. He he he. Science would be because of Cikgu Arina. Sob..sob..sob..I pray for the best to your soul resides in Allah's hand.

Dislike would be History: I suck in History subjects because I am bad in memorizing dates and names. I am sorry to my friends and my acquintances if I can not remember you in the future.

4) The worst punishment received and why?

Once I broke the window glasses of the Science lab during the break while I played with a ball. I had to sweep the scattered glasses. The worst punishment was that I was interrogated by the principle and disciplines teachers because few of my friends smoked at school after evening class.

5) Which date of school's life that bored you most?

Nop. Primary school years were the best to be as you can play as much you liked and no one would scold you. Eventhough your uniform was dirty with dirts and chocolates and torns every where, I am a boy.

6) The favourite teacher?

Late cikgu Arina.

7) Items that you would never leave at school except pen, book, pensil case, etc?

My school bag because all were in that bag ^^.

8) The feelings when the time to show your report cards to your parents?

Happy, because of the time I got straight As and my parents would give presents later on. Alhamdulillah and thank you to my parents of their encouragement and supports from the very beginning until now. I love you both ^^

Yup. I am not that top scorer in my class. I would probably congratulated them and asked to borrow their answer scripts for references.

10) What is you highest achievement during school's years?

No. During my primary school's life, I did not hold any important or major positions. I was not selected to become the representative in the students committee. T_T

Sooooo much but afraid to meet the old teachers. He he he :D

RM 2.00 SK Card BONANZA

Last week was one of the best moments I had dined in at Sushi King Restaurant. It was on the first day of the RM 2.00 SK Card Bonanza. The plan was a bit ad-hoc where Jazlin acted as the main trigger. Me and my best buddy was utterly canceling the trip because among the invited people negatively responce.

Alhamdulillah, I had invited other two: Dzeti and Hidayah. Then Apai and Illy came along later on. Furthermore, the people gathered at one special table are all bloggers. Bloggers' meeting was held at the SKR Ipoh Parade: -->click at their names to go to their blogs ^^

Missing Episode 21 - Fried Rice Prawns

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day~

It was on last Saturday when I spent my weekend with my best roommate - Hadi, Burn and West. We had a good time of bowling at Ampang Superbowl at Ipoh Parade. It was what I wanted for as I got to bowl with Hadi once more, and especially with West and for the first time with Burn. Let the scores be a secret between us.

Then, we had our early dinner at one of the best place I ever be. They brought me to the Fried Rice Prawn restaurant. Of coure, its main menu would be the frien rice prawn. It is RM 6.50 per plate and worth of an appetite. He he he ^^. I hope that I could get to eat there one more time with my friends. As the saying goes, "the more the merrier".

Missing Episode 20 - Once More At GGV

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day to all fellow friends~

On the last mid semester break, I was glad that I could extend my break a day extra from others. In fact, to my friends Rosli and Rezita. They were willing to skip their classes on Monday 30 March. Thank you again for you kindness to extend our break a day more. ^^

We went back to campus on the 30 March, Monday after I had breakfast with my family and two lovely guests from Australia. As always, we stopped by once again at the Green Garden View on our way back to campus. I did intend to try new things besides have been enjoying the fish and chips meal for quite sometimes. It was Strawberry Parfait.

FYP II: Pre-EDX versus SUSHI KING

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day to fellow friends~

8th April 2009 was one of many dates that final year students in Chemical Engineering were waiting to close the day off. It was the second last presentation of our Final Yea Project (FYP) which in conjunction with pre-EDX poster evaluation and seminar. We are almost at the end of our degree pursuing. It will come to the end soon. InsyaAllah. I pray the best to all my friends to finished together soon. Amin.

Then, the poster that I made was finished in two nights where it was inspired by my roommate. Eventhough on my birthday, I could not get myself to enjoy with the plans that I made, at least I still could keep the last wish of that day all day long. He he he. Thank you for the wishes I received. Especially to my best buddy that won't allow me to enjoy outside till I finished my works. Hu hu hu.

At pathway of the second floor of Block 5 was where we had our pre-Edx poster evaluation and seminar. Everyone was assigned with two lecturers that would evaluate our posters and our presentations. Me? They were Mr. M. Ramasamy and Mrs. Haslinda. -it was one of many events in UTP life that I would wish to forget. Hu hu hu.

Pre-EDX poster evaluation and seminar are finished. I left with two more presentations to go this semester, Corporate Ethics and the FINAL presentation of FYP. All the best to my fellow friends in UTP and others generally in what ever you are doing. Amin.

After that, we spent the sulking time together on our way back and hald an hour later in our room. Then it could not be helped anymore. We needed a break from these burden. I need to go out from campus for a while. I need to leave the campus for a while. I need outside air. Ha ha ha.

Then, it was decided by both of us to go to Ipoh. We wondered around in Tesco which was calm and not to many people at that time. We did some shopping and the champion was ROSLI. Congrats! Ha ha ha.

After that, we went to Jaya Jusco where it is like a must place for most of UTP students when we are at Ipoh. Ha ha ha. I did window shopping at MPH and gift shops. He he he. Then, we had our dinner at Sushi King Restaurant, where the healthy good tastes are available. Cehhh, temporary promoter of SKR. Ha ha ha. It was a surprise where best buddy said the dinner was on him. Alhamdulillah. Thank you Allah and to best buddy. I pray that Allah will repay you even more. Amin.

The cheapest plate color will always be RM 2.00 and the most expensive purple plate color will also be RM 2.00 per plate. Term and conditions apply. I like it. I want to try all the sushi on the moving conveyor belt. I want to eat all there is on the the conveyor belt. I want to try them all. I want to have the purples and the reds most. I want . . . . ALL. Then again:

Based on one of the terms and conditions, those hold the Sushi King Card 2009 can bring along their friends up to 5 people per card per owner. Alhamdulillah, today is my birthday and I am now stepping into the memorable of 23. As the numbers are increasing, 2 to 3 of 23, I pray to Allah for all the best to me, to my family and my friends. I hope this year onwards I will become a better child to my parents and a good big brother to my siblings. He he he.

Missing Episode 19 - Misteri Nusantara [S.E. Archipelago Mystery]

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day:

*WARNING: This post is about the mystery and unexplainable events which have been happening to my family and my next door neighbor.

To begin the story, let us talk about the Universe a bit. In the holy al-Qur'an, it is mentioned that there are things that we can see and can not see. There are things that are beyond our logic and limit mind. Due to our limits, these untouchable and out of our capability to indulge within, the Creator has closed the curtain of the unseen world to the most people. It is only opened to the chosen people such as to the Prophets and animals in general.

In Malay custom, certain traditional practices are still being carried out by some people whose are pursuing certain objectives either on their own interests or not. Some of them also are practicing certain things that they do not notice the unexplainable events occurred around them. But, the conscious practitioners are among with brave heart and high tenacity to withstand the unseen forces.

From my family, things like this -the unexplained events which have been happening for more than a year are now fear-proof to some extent. We also have been practising some Quranic verses in daily life as seeking the Creator protections from bad things such as sihir or sorcery, jinn and devil, and also from bad people. Allah had said in His holy kitab, which means more or less like: He will test those believers of His religion.

It is true that when we, the believers are being tested by our God and only God, and if the guidance reached us, our faith towards the God's existence is stronger than before and we will do more religious activities than we did before. Hopefully the intensity to do more ibadah [religious activities] and responsibilities would be consistent and doubled by time.

Back to the main topic. During my last mid semester break, my family together with the next door neighbor intended to seek an expert in catching the jinn and devils that have been so annoying in their miscellous dirty works of their owner. During that time, the owners or the black sorcery was away for vacation and that person still left behind few jinns owned to disturb us. We intended to seek the expert as the next door neighbor has a new born baby and baby can see what most adult can not see. He has been crying seen the day he was born. It is normal for babies to cry. But it is not normal when the cryings become more and more louder. In Islam it said that when a baby cries from normal to high pitch there is devil(s) present and may poke baby's stomach.

That is why in Islam, there is a doa which is encouraged to be recited before entering the toilet. It is to seek the Allah's protection from the jinn and devil that live in the toilet. So, we seek the expert service from a traditional practitioner with Islamic values, and he preferred to be called as Pok Mat. The first catch was on 23 March night, the items were prepared as he requested, mainly are a young coconut, popcorn, cigarette, 7 color of candles and few more items. Well, jinn and devil also drink and eat. Smoke is their main cuisine besides bones from carcasses and food that are eaten without the name of Allah.

Then, he prepared the coconut as the main cuisine for the "hardworking" jinn which has been haunting my family. He he he. For your information, the trap preparation was done at my house. Ha ha ha. The coconut was put on 2 colors of clothes which the yellow king's like color on the black color cloth. Then, the candles are lighted up for a romantic scene like a candle dinner. Ha ha ha. Next the popcorn is being served and the cigarette is left at the coconut's side. Then, Pok Mat started by asking the guidance and helps from Allah in bringing the jinn to the trap. Then, we came down from the top floor of my house for chatting while waiting for the trap to success.

After one hour of relaxing, Pok Mat invited to go and to check upon the trap. As we arrived in front of the room, the rope which connected to the trap was pulled and the strange thing happened that, the rope was being snatched on the opposite direction. He then slowly crawled to the coconut and slashed with his knife. The thing that he slashed was non other the jinn which Allah has brought it to the trap in its worship form - a well carved baboon on a piece of wood.

Alhamdulillah, the first jinn was caught with the wills of Allah in its form of worshipping. The jinn was worship by its owner in the form of a carved wood shaped like a baboon. It was well carved with perfect characteristics of a baboon having eyes, nose, hands and legs, event it tail.

It is said that this jinn was the one haunting my house and the next door by making loud noises during nighttime and stomping our roof. It was not being caught in its trues form as Pok Mat said, if it was to be caught in its true form, the wall where the trap was set would collapse as it would barge in with its big body which said to be like a gorilla. The jinn was taking a drink at the time of the caught as only the head's part was in the coconut. Hu hu hu.

It did not finish by the first catch. Evenmore, the effects from the captured baboon-like were felt by most of my family members and the next door neighbor. Pok Mat also could not get up and do his routines for two days. He said that he was unwell because of the auras of the captured baboon. It was among the strong jinns that are owned by the black sorcerer who has been trying to kill us no matter what. But our deaths are not in her hand, but Allah's hands.

On the next evening, Pak Mat came back for the second time as requested by our side. He also was not in his best shape after being infected from the first one. Then, he prepared much more or less the same with the first one, but without the candle. The cigaratte was a must. He he he. Then, it was put at one side of the my next door neighbor's walls. He said that the trap should be left for a night so that the desired jinn to fall into trap. He would come back on the next morning to check the trap.

But, all day long we had waited for him to come and he did not. Two days after the trap was set, he called us telling that he was unwell and sick because of the bad auras that he needed to bare from the first catch. I too was infected that I became inactive and felt sleepy for three days long. Even my aunts and my mother felt sleepy and pains on their backs and shoulders.

Then on the fourth night after the first catch, Pok Mat returned and in good shape. He first went to the trap site and managed to catch the second one which was smoking at the side of the coconut. It did not touch the food - prepared popcorn as they were already rotten. Wow, even the jinn and devil have taste in their food. Ha ha ha.

The second catch was a piece of wood being carved with a face. It was being wrapped with yellow cloth at top and bottom. The face was perfectly carved with eyes, sharp nose and with a smile. Even more, it also has hat carved like a traditional Dayak head's wear. When Pok Mat unwrapped the cloth, we found out that at the back was two bird feathers from unknown species and two scale skins under the clothes.

He said that this face-carved wood is used by the owner as a protection measure to her surrounding which is wore as the belt's head. Wow, even the skin head and punk groups could not challenge her. Ha ha ha. The scales on the skins could be felt and it was believed to be from black cobra. Sigh, this kind of bad things what some people put in their efforts. What a bad people they are. It also may be merely a souvenir but was bought for a bad intention to worship certain jinn. Astaghfirullah. Even to carve the face needed lots of days to finish as it was very details and the wood is hard.

Then again, it does not stop there. The person who is being haunting us owned more jinn and devil. She kept the valuable and stronger jinn in her safety box and we did not manage to catch them. When, she left for vacation, she will store the strong ones in her safety box so that they would not be easily caught by the experts. Theoretically. But if Allah were to permit that Pok Mat succeed , her house's wall would collapse and they would likely come out through iincluding the box. Because of the Pok Mat conditions was affected from both catches, we decided to wait for another opportunity from Allah. Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day my fellow readers ^^

This post is a tribute to a new fruitful friendship that Allah have given to me. From personal to general blogging which I have been doing for the past of one year, it has taken me to a new steps further in expanding my network.

It was a blessing from the Almighty that I still can make friends through blogging with potential readers. Through blogging, I have made a lot of new friends. Thus I thank you Google and the internet :D

They are husband and wife who are from Australia. They arrived at my hometown on 28 March evening and flied back to next destination on 30 March. We first started to make contact when Chris sent a email to me asking regarding my hometown. It was after he read my post regarding Wakaf Che Yeh. He said that he and his wife were interested to come to my hometown.

I responded to his email and we have been emailing each other for quite sometime later on. Then, they set the date and provided to me their details of travel itinerary. They already booked two-ways tickets from LCCT to Kota Bharu with Air Asia. What a coincidence that, their visit to my hometown was during my mid-semester break. Alhamdulillah I was very happy that I would be guiding two lovely couple from Australia :D

Alhamdulillah, I got the chance to experience in welcoming and being a tourist guide. Providing my hometown's information was my opportunity to promote my country. I also managed to do some survey regarding accomodation for them and later I booked their room based on their choice of hotel.

Later, on their arrival, I was surprised that Chris came to me as he has knew me well. Because we never exchanged photos before their journey to Malaysia. May be they recognized me from photos that I share here ^^. Then, I brought them to Destiny Hotel for checking in. It was a lovely economical hotel which facing the Kelantan River. On the evening, I took them to the Pantai Cahaya Bulan beach. We had our evening time there eating and knowing each other.

Truely, it was another coincidence that their visit was very lucky that since it was during Kelantan's Sultan Birthday Celebration and my cousin's wedding. When I told my family that they are coming, my family asked me to invite them to the wedding. It was my honor to invite and they responded positively in experiencing and observing to know our Islamic Wedding culture.

On the same day at night, I picked them up from the hotel and brought them to my cousin's house where the 'akad ceremony took place. It was a marvelous experiences for them as it was their first time visit to Malaysia and given an opportunity not to be missed. Later on, we had a selawat and praying for our beloved Prophet wellness in heaven. They were given the 'bunga rampai" also. He he he ^^

Then we had several photos taken with the newly husband and wife. Happy new husban and wife to the rest of yourlife. I pray all the best to you both in achieving good and happiness in family life eternally.

Then, after the ceremony, I took them to the night market at Wakaf Che Yeh. They were very interactive and enjoying their time well. They were very surprise to find out that their favorite fruit here was very cheap, the mango - 3 kilos for RM 10.00. and there are lots of variety of mangos here. Ha ha ha. Alhamdulillah, our living-cost here is much cheaper than in their hometown. They said that there back in Australia, the mango could cost you Aus$ 6-7 per piece. Wow, very luxurious fruit. Later, we had supper at White House coffee shop. White house tu~

The next day, we had breakfast together at my house. Before that, my mother and I took them to the morning market at Kubang Pasu. There, we introduced to them how our morning life and cultures in Kota Bharu. Rarely to find in other states of Malaysia. We also bought several kinds of kuih - traditional desserts. Then, I tooked them to visit the Siti Khatijah Market. There is a construction to built a new stall for the fruits section. But, there was a group of students wanted to interview my friends. They were gladly to be interviewed by those students whose are taking an intensive English course.

After 15 minutes of interview we moved to the Bazar Buloh Kubu. There it was like a shopping heaven to them. I brought them to my family favorite stall. They bought some cloths each of them and I helped them to bargain for the best price. Sadly, I could not take photos while guiding them at that time. Hu hu hu.

In the evening, I took them to free-tax zone at Pengkalan Kubor. There Kathy was too shocked with lots of stuff and cheap to buy. Then, she bought several items more and 2 pairs of shoes. Ha ha ha. It was heaven to shop in my hometown. He he he ^^.

On their last day, I asked my father to take my place as I had to come back to campus. Their flight was in the evening and I had to depart after we had our breakfast together. It was a memorable events for me to meet up with new friends from Australia and I hope that they had a good time during their stay at my hometown. I hope that they will come again. Chris and Kathy, if you are reading this, you are welcome to come again anytime. ^^

Missing Episode 18 - 1st Time Experienced

Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and good day -

This post is dedicated towards a transportation company that I really fond to use for long distance, Transnational Express Bus. Now, most of the long-distance buses are new and double-story. I usually took Transnational to go to Kuala Lumpur and to campus at Tronoh. The comfortability of long-distance and famous destinations are unquestionable. Except to Lumut and Jengka. I always ended up with 4-seats type of buses and very old.

Since, they are now migrating towards double-story buses, the 3-seats buses are now replacing the old buses for Lumut destination. Although the 3-seats not as new as the double-story, it is surely more comfortable than before. I really love to sit on the single seat when traveling alone. He he he.

When I saw that I will be going back to campus with 3-seats type, I was excited. It was because of the previous experience that me and other passengers had, where the 3-seats type was merely a temporary bus to transport us to Tanah Merah where the old type bus was waiting for us whilst it was being repaired. Even more, the seats are being equipped with seat-belts. Of course, I am a good citizen and passenger, I seat-belted myself. ^^

The things is, new thing does not come easily. When, on the journey back to campus, I was startled for few times where the bus was stopped and banging noises were loud. Then the last one was a little longer than before and the air was getting hot and hotter.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Soon I realized that both engines were silent. Luckily the bus was "dead" at Simpang Rui, and there was a restaurant which was to be closed for the day as it was at 2.30 a.m. Furthermore, there was a burger stall outside the premise that closed till 4.00 a.m.

The driver try to fix things out and the problem came from the battery which was out of charges.

There was another bus, earlier than us which had to stop since all its lights were out and they had already called for technicians to come. The time was spent clueless at first as the driver was vanished into dark alley. Hu hu hu. Then, I was in hassle since I got lots of things unsettled. Then I spent a fifteen minutes with my laptop to make slides for IEE term paper presentation. Wow, I was impressed by my own sense of duty at that time by ignoring others passengers who were sleeping and snoring.

Then, at 3.30 a.m., it seemed that there was nothing progress on the bus's condition. I had my early breakfast with a burger. Luckily I got an accompany of a classmate. But he was busy smoking and watching "wok dogo" in his phone. Ha ha ha.

4.00 a.m., the driver was no where to be seen. I then joined other passengers that could not sleep and started to exchange experiences and stories. He he he. We were keen to hear stories which had ghosty elements and supernatural. Ha ha ha. By 5.00 a.m. there was a truck heading towards us and we were glad to see the back up technicians arrived. Then charged back the battery and we continued to Lumut by 5.30 a.m. Alhamdulillah I arrived at campus at 8.15 a.m. and still got time to prepare and to go to 9.00 a.m. class. ^^

Even more, it is true with what had Allah said in Holy Quran which goes similarly like this: "every difficulties will follow with easiness" and it was recited twice in the same surah. Where my 9.00 a.m. class did not canceled but the test and presentation for that subject were postponed. Alhamdulillah :-D

As I promised before to a friend, this post is dedicated to her and her loved one. She and her's to be will be united this coming weekend. She is Nik Nur Faeeza Nik Yusoff and the her husband-to-be is Rosli Mohd Ismail.

I first met and knew her during the Convofair 2005. She was the Assistant Head of the Social & Humanities Department. She was a bit straight and stubborn with her opinions. Hardly won in any mouth arguments with her, never did I win once. (T_T) Even chatting through IM always being surpressed with her thought and fast reactions to end the opposite site which is ME!

Missing Episode 16 - IEE Laboratory [Sampling Activities]

This post was initially planned to be posted earlier. Bu do to some undesirable circumstances, I had to postponed til now. Alhamdulillah, even though the experiments of the above subject already finished, I just one to share few memorable pictures during our sampling activities of Effluent Lab Experiments.

The thrill for an environmentalist with a background of Chemical Engineering was to indulge in sampling actitivies. Furthermore it was from the campus waste water facility; from the raw and fresh from all sinks and toilets until the very end of the treated water. Wow, fresh and raw! It reminds that Kong found an undissolved or to be specific undigested piece of corn. Ha ha ha. "jagung siot~!"

So lets start from the earliest section; RAW and FRESH

Grik? Yup, last public holidays of Chinese New Year, my best buddy , gta and me decided that we would go home by Grik's East-West Highway. It has been long time since me and family used the Lojing-Cameron-Simpang Pulai Crossway. Since, there was a landslide occured at two locations along Lojing-Cameron Expressway, we did not want to take any risk. Thus, took Grik's way as the last choice.

Through the journey home, we made a pit stop at the Grik's Rest Area. It was one of the highest level of Titiwangsa Row. Enjoy: ^^

Missing Episode 14 - Cream Puff Class

Between 6-8 January 2009, I received a visit from a sweet couple from KL. They were Azizan dan Syafiqa. Sweet? May be 85% from the normal distribution as they are very well get-along with each other since I knew them in Foundation program. For Azizan, it was his third or fourth times staying at my home. Syafiqa was staying at her roomate's house, Rezita a.k.a. gTa.

During their visits, I already arranged a cream puff class with my mother for them. They are also the people I first gave my mother's cream puff during foundation or in our first year of study in UTP. Below are some pictures taken during the pastry class at my home ^^.

It has been quite a while since my previous update. There were not much things that I had done after my visit to Kuala Lumpur before this. Even the celebration of New Year for Masihi and Hijrah in Kota Bharu were not that big glamorous, and it was still in raining season that time.

Last Day Of Year 2008

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim and good day to all:

Today, this morning, I went to the Main Post Office Malaysia of Kota Bharu which is located very near to my house. Everyone knows what are their functions besides than handling the postal letters and parcels are to provide the others related services such as to claim the road tax's rebates. That was my purpose when I went to the post office. And I had a bad experience there on this last day of this year 2008.

I was a bit disappointed when I first stepped into the office. I do not know how to say, but what I observed have been like what I had experienced before in the mid of 2008 or even few years back. So, I think what if I do some comments and submit also suggestions. But I could not find any suggestion form [or may be I was really in downed mood that I could not find one].

So, let us go one by one [purely from my today's experience and observation]:

1. Counters: It is lovely to have or to install lots of counters as one is providing services as their main "product". From the management's view, more counters means more interactions with the clients or users. From the perspectives of the clients of users, more counters means less time to wait. But what will happen when there is 12 counters with their own specific functions and there were 4 counters only. Furthermore, there would be one counter which is inactive either the person in charged is M.I.A. or got distracted. Then, the inactive counter will be in alternate with other active counters.

2. Distraction: Yes, to have colleagues in the office environments are good. Sometimes, they could be the group that we could depend and trust. But, what will happen if the person of in charged of a counter being distracted? Not only once or twice, but from my observation, there was never ending. Let's see from few perspective: (i) The clients' view, as I was experiencing it and they are selling the "service"- it would lead to a non-ethic conduct if the in charged person got really distracted and the process or the service got hang or paused; (ii) The counter person- as the in charged person of a counter, the first thing is to set the goal in giving the best service to the client. If there is an urgent matter that need your attention, finish the process with the current client; (iii) The distracting person- I think these kind of people should disturb the others' process if there is a very important matter that need the specific attention from the counter person. Or at find another suitable ways such as leaving a note rather than impolitely stop the process or wait for the current process to finish and before the counter person calls the next number.

3. Network: today, unexpected thing happened. There was an internet connection problem as one of the staff announced that they could not process anything related to insurance issue such to buy, to pay or to update the insurance. Then I asked myself, where is the IT technician? Don't they have at least a standby IT technician that can be directly call to assist or to settle the problem. Or, did they forgot to settle the bills? Seriously!

4. Notification: the notices are everywhere and sometimes not very helpful enough in delivering the information. Furthermore, the notices are posted scatter and not centralized. Even so I was waiting about more than one hour to claim my road tax rebates as I had renewed my motorbike's road tax the other day. But, the counter person informed me that the claim can be took place after 7 days of working after the renewal of road tax. I was shocked and asked where it was informed at and he pointed at a small size yellow paper than A4 paper posted at the other counter. Sigh, I was really hoping to have that rebate to replace Shasha's side mirror. Even there is no news been made that vehicles' owners have to wait 7 days of working after the road tax renewal in the media or television. The previous report was that the vehicles' owners can claim their rebates when they had renewed their vehicles' road tax.

Thus, here I conclude these final post of this year with several suggestions:

1. To have a systematic management in approving the Leave Application of the counter staff so that what happened today, to many counter closed [more than half] could be lessen and thus avoided. Thus the process for each client would be smoothly done in average time as always.

2. To be more professional. If they needed more trainings, why not. Polish up their potentials in delivering the services with smiles. Thus creating a comfort and good environment as well as the efficiency of every staff could be increased. ^^

3. To have at least an IT technician to be ready to be called if there is anything related to computer and software problem. I said this because most of the counter persons are not young and up-to-date to the current unlimited developing technologies.

4. I would like to say that if one already has notification boards, please UTILIZE them as maximum as possible. For any important notices please posted at strategic locations, such as besides or on the entrance doors with attracting colors of paper and fonts. This method is very useful in delivering the information to customers so that they do not have to take number and wait for the whole day, but when being called to the counter, the pointed that notice of cancellation of further delay.

Why the above photo?

The photo was taken on 26.12.2008 at 7.56 a.m. It was before the Majlis 'Aqiqah of Muhammad Fadzli Syahmi who was born on 16.12.2008 at 2.30 p.m. Then, the great thing about the photo was that he fell asleep after I lullabied [dodoi] him for about 15 - 20 min. He fell asleep just like baby with eyes shutly closed. Training to become a good husband ^^.

Suspicious Lorry

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim | Good day to my fellow readers ^^

Yes, I know, the time right now is past bedtime. I should be sleeping tightly as always. But now, as I am typing this posting, there is an activity going around by the opposite neighbor. The story was like this, I was about to sleep and suddenly there was a loud reverse signal spouting the calm night around 1250 a.m.

There was a lorry entered reversely into my neighboring areas. The street was really just fit to the middle size of the lorry. But what kept me awoke and to keep my observation was that there were a lot of boys and girls at the back of the lorry. I thought there would be a house-breaking live. But, they were around 15 to 18 kids between 10 to 15 years old and there were 3 adults between 25 to 30 years old.

Then, I waited to observe if they were to act suspiciously. Then, my closed-neighbor just arrived home and he asked them, what were they doing. From the look of his expression I felt glad. But I continued to watch them. He arrived home around 1.30 a.m.

A few moment after that, there was a VIVA came in. It was the rental person of the one of the opposite neighbors which are renting the rooms of the opposite house, the nurse. I know her job as my mother once told me. Then, she came out and started to supervised. Owh, she was supervising the kids and others in helping her to move out from her current renting room.

But it is now at 1.40 a.m. What kind of person or a neighbor that move out in this hour? Astaghfirullah. This kind of activities could lead to the misunderstanding and framing events. Totally unacceptable decision to move out in the middle of the neighbors' sleeping. Although, if her intention was not to bother the neighbor regarding her moving out, but at least to rethink about it when is the perfect or suitable time to pack and to move out your stuff.

In my mind, there were lots of things were pounding: what if they were to wipe out all the stuff that they can see? Because some of them were like the surrounding watcher. And most of the boys were smoking regardless of the age. The most act that I hate when I saw a person was coming out from the dark while zipping up his short pant's zip. He was peeing in the dark. Owh man, what a terrible and unbehavior person he is and I was about to call the police if they were to act something stupids. Astaghfirullah.

Ampang Super Bowl at Berjaya Time Square

Alhamdulillah, my second day at Kuala Lumpur in this trip began with an excitement of bowling. I have been waiting for so long to bowl together with friends such as Azizan, Abdul Azim Aizat a.k.a. West. Furthermore, another friend from the same university could join us three in the 3 ways-match courses, Linziana a.k.a. Lynzi. Ha ha ha.

The triple-threat match began as Azizan teamed up with West as they are coursemate. Me and Lynzi represented our own course. Hu hu hu. The game started with the first frame by my throw:

Alhamdulillah, after we had finished bowling, we headed to the Sushi King Restaurant. Although West was in the opposition because he claimed that he never taste sushi before, we managed to have him together with us for the lunch.

Sigh, the service and their alertness of the Sushi King Staff was a bit lacking that afternoon. The table that we sat were cleaned late. Please, if you are a manager from any fast food restaurants, do take note upon the customers' welfare and the restaurants' cleanliness.

Well, West admitted that he never had sushi before, so we tricked him a few times so that he would try it. Althought he knew that we were bluffing him, he is very sporting to give a few tries out. Here are some of the pictures that we took when he tried to chew the sushi:

When my ordered arrived, the Sakana Black Pepper, West was interested to try as I spitted out that the main dish was a deep fried Dory Fish. Right after he tried out a bit of the fried dory's, he called for another Sakana Black Pepper. Our main target to have West to try at Sushi King succeeded and insyaAllah he will be craving for it more. He he he.

Alhamdulillah, another cousin of mine from my father's side had been united legally according to the Shariah of Islam. They have been friends, couple, and lovers since their school life. This is one of the longest relationship that ended with good and blessings from Allah through the Islamic Marriage. Clipping The Karipap

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. "Allahummabariklana fi ma razak tana waqina 'azabannar." It is the prayer for Muslim to recite before he or she eats.

Last week I helped my mother in clipping up the "karipap" a.k.a. curry puff. It was the meat and cubed potatoes cooked in curry style. My mother's curry puff is famous among our relatives and friends. The demands for the curry puff even to be frozen made. Then it could be brought to anywhere.

I like my mother's style of curry puff because of its contents. It has lots of cow meats. He he he. Plus the cubic potatoes and the curry sauces which is not too spice. Ha ha ha. What kind of Malayia traditional food you like?

It has been some while that I have not posted out new entries. He he he. I homed and have been very busy lately. Alright, this entry I want to talk about Shasha. Eventhough Shasha is not very new in my life. We met last four years and been together since early this year. But, lately Shasha has been really irritating and and creating lots of problem and troubles.

In the first few months, the left side mirror was broken and then it was followed by the overheated of the engine caused by the uncleaned radiator which caused of RM 130 for cleaning purposes. Then, on my way home after best buddy last paper of 27 November 2008. The engine once again overheated and could not be started.

The front boot opened and noticed there was a leaked of the radiator's water at the end connection to the engine. Causing the engine to heat up as there were no cooling agent. Sigh. There was no reserve water in the car and the passengers seat and the bonnet were fully packed with mine and my roommate stuffs.

What did we do? We called the Tronoh's Rescuers~ to be continued in the next post. He he he :>

What Does Your Name Mean?

Well, today is yet another that I spent to update my blog. I found out this link from one of my seniors' blogs, Kak Niema. I thought to give it a try, and the results are as the above. When I saw the H is for HIP being repeated, I remembered one scene from the Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa - "The name so nice, you say it twice." (by motto motto)

I looked up into the dictionary and found that:

HIP means: 1. projection of the pelvis on each side of body [a.k.a pinggul], 2. a type of a wild rose [wow, I am wild. He he he.], 3. initial of hep like hep, hep, hore! [so that is why I so loud. Ha ha ha.], 4. stylish, knowledgable

ASTOUNDING synonyms to astonishing, enthralling, and means overwhelm with wonderness [wonderman perhaps. Ha ha ha.]

RELAXING means to become less restrained or tense. [well, I do play a lot and day-dreaming all the time. ^^]

TOUGH has lots of meanings among them are: 1. strong and durable, not easily broken or cut [true, cold hearted person I am.], 2. not brittle or tender, 3. capable of great endurance - sturdy, 4. not easily influenced - unyielding, stubborn [undeniable.], 4. hard to bear or endure - tough luck [yea! I am lucky.], 5. slang, remarkably excellent - first rate, great [alhamdulillah.], 6. practical, realistic - tough minded [be carefull, ha ha ha.]

This post is not genuinely mine. But it was posted by a senior of mine. I just recently found her blog which was last updated in 2006. He he he. I hope that this could help others in searching and maintaining their love life. (^^)v

There are five (5) rules to be a happy person:

1. Free your heart from hatred

2. Free your mind from worry

3. Live your life simply

4. Expect less; and

5. Give more

TRUELOVE. The real test of true love is having all the things go wrong but still having a special way to love despite of all the wrong things that may happen.

Always take a CHANCE. The end result may not always be what you hoped for but that's fine. At least, you will never go through life wondering "What if... and "If only....".

Hold a friend's hand through times of trial, let him/her find love through a hug and a smile. But also know when it is time to let go, for each and everyone of us must learn to grow.

LOVE is not a word to say when we feel guilty nor the right word to say when we like a person. But LOVE really matters when we share our thoughts, our minds and our hearts.

A soul mate is someone who brings out the best in you.
They are not perfect but is always perfect for you.

Warmness Reconnected ^^

Bismillahirahmanirrahim | Assalamu'alaikum w.r.t.w.b.t. and Good Day-

WARMNESS. Yes, I want to talk about the warmness of a friendship which has been reconnected after almost 4 years left hanging and untouched. Similar to the network connection in the campus. So hard to get a good connection but if connected it does not guarantee that we can surf the internet easily. The pages that usually appeared would be the "Page could not be found" or the "Timeout login error".

It all started from a simple, very influenced gossip during our first semester in the campus. It is an awkward for both of us who were very innocent in interacting with different genders. But the gossip was spread very fast after I first contacted her to ask for a favor regarding the studies at that time. The gossip continued until our induction weeks during the semester break.

Soon after the induction ended, we started to contact each other. Yes, we did like each other that time. We messaged each other. We miss-called each other from time-to-time. Yes, I would say it was my 1st love in the campus life. But, was it a truelove between us? Or was it because of the gossip that people made? -Furthermore we were in our prime time in developing our maturity. He he he.

Then, it did not last long. We stopped to communicate until the last night, around 9.00 p.m. Once again, she was the one who brought things up. Yeah, I am not that kind of man to see through people heart and approach them later. But, I am really truly appreciate that she came to me. Jazakillah hu khairan kasiran [Thank You].

Then, the first question was a bit straight forward and it was kind of a bold question. I, my self had to make a deep thinking. Looking to my heart to find the answer. Then, we compromise to discuss on one thing - our true status of relationship. Yes, we did and managed to overcome the issues between us.

-WE HAVE CLARIFIED AND CLEARED ALL THINGS BETWEEN US-

-WE ARE HAPPY TO BE FRIENDS AGAIN-

Thus, the warmness of our friendship has bloomed once more. Thus, our heart problem could be settled down and we have understood each other. Furthermore, we are totally agreed that we, currently living in an opposite world of our own. He he he.

Yes, she has let it out and she is free. I also have let, what have been kept so long inside, out and I too feel happy. RelieveD~! In any relationships, there are times of up and down. That is the sweetness and warmness of a relationship, when we got up again after the down time. To maitain a relation, both sides have to compromise, to understand each other by opening both heart to give out [let out what is being kept inside] and to take in [listen to one and another is a crucial part] as he or she is.

Sakana Black Pepper Set

Last night I had my dinner with my best friend at Sushi King Restaurant Jaya Jusco, Ipoh. It was to celebrate the ended of this semester. We will be graduating soon by June 2009, InsyaAllah. We had a same set last night, Sakana Black Pepper. We had a heavy type set as we both did not take out previous lunch. Plus, I had Unagi Temaki for dessert and my best friend ate sake sushi for appertizer.

Sakana Black Pepper consists of deep fried dory fish in black pepper sauce with mixed vegetables, served with egg custard, miso soup, steamed rice and cultured milk drink [yakult].

Japanese egg custard: this one is also very tasty. It has crab sticks, black mushrooms and chicken meat ball. Tips to eat this is to eat it as an appetizer and do not it as dessert. You will know if you eat it as the last one. He he he.

Well, after we arrived back at campus, my best friend gave another box of sweetness - Cadbury Chocolate with Strawberry Yogurt Flavor. Wow, another box of chocolate in a week. ^^ I like the chocolate very much and happy to have it as my breakfast today. These week is totaly full of sweetness from best friend. Thank you best friend.
